Used CDs, DVDs, games and electronics are guaranteed for 7 days from date of purchase.

All returns are for store credit only.

 

No cash or credit card refunds. Only exception is our cell phone next day activation guarantee.

 

You must have original receipt for returns.
Items damaged, misused, disassembled or tampered, with after purchase, are non-returnable.
Any merchandise purchased with a return credit is non-returnable.
The following items are non-returnable: new items, books, posters, figurines.  

 

Protection plans are available on many items for a small fee, at time of purchase.
